Minor Control Patch

Using the escape key to toggle the menu clashed with using the escape key for closing fullscreen mode on the HTML export of the game. Slight clarification of game features on the About sub-menu.

Changes:

• Have now added the option to use the shift key to toggle the menu on and off.
• Updated Controls sub-menu to reflect this.
• Renamed Credits sub-menu to About
• Updated the About sub-menu to mention auto-saving and playtime.
